На этой неделе в Калининском округе Тюмени устанавливают очередные лотки «Продаем свое». Планируется разместить 11 конструкций: три установят у дома № 116 по улице Ямской, две у дома № 108 по Московскому тракту, четыре – у здания № 44 по Червишевскому тракту и еще две, за счет внебюджетных источников финансирования, в Малом Тараскуле.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
