Законопроект, согласно которому регионы смогут усыплять нападающих на людей бродячих собак, Госдума будет рассматривать в мае. В документе предлагается предоставить губернаторам и заксобраниям возможность самостоятельно устанавливать на своих территориях порядок обращения с бездомными животными.
