«Мое личное мнение, что фейерверк проводить нет необходимости. Фейерверк проведем, когда наступит победа, когда наши мобилизованные ребята вернутся в Хабаровск живыми и здоровыми», — заявил глава города на заседании оргкомитета по подготовке к празднованию.
Окончательное же решение по салюту будет принято коллегиально, при этом все остальные традиционные мероприятия пройдут в обычном режиме. Запланировано шествие, во всех районах краевого центра состоятся фестивали и концерты. Кроме того, на празднование Дня города в Хабаровск планируют пригласить гостей из Китая и Беларуси.
