Минфин планирует внести изменения в пп 854, регулирующее порядок проведения эксперимента по маркировке федеральными специальными марками ввозимой в Российскую Федерацию алкогольной продукции.
В целях дополнительного привлечения участников ВЭД к участию в эксперименте предлагается внести изменения в Положение о проведении эксперимента, предусмотрев, что условием включения в эксперимент для таможенных складов закрытого типа должно быть, в том числе, наличие действующей лицензии на закупку, хранение и поставки алкогольной продукции.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
