Палітзняволены актывіст павінен быў выйсці на волю з папраўчай калоніі № 14 па заканчэнні тэрміну 11 ліпеня. Але адразу па выхадзе яго затрымалі ў межах новай крымінальнай справы па арт. 411 КК — «Злоснае непадпарадкаванне патрабаванням адміністрацыі калоніі». Суддзя ТаццянаДзеравянка прызначыла палітвязню яшчэ адзін год калоніі ва ўмовах строгага рэжыму.
