Як вынікае з раскладу суду за тот дзень, адпаведнае рашэнне прымаў суддзя Андрэй Канючка. А ініцыятыва сыходзіла ад намесніка пракурора Берасцейскай вобласці, вынікае з таго ж раскладу. Зацікаўленым бокам было пазначана Міністэрства інфармацыі Беларусі.
