Вчера привезли с фермы под 10 кило сезонных овощей, в том числе, достаточно специфичных: репу, капусту кале и кольраби, шпинат, бэби-патиссоны.
Кажется, что мало что из этого сочетается с вином. На самом деле практически ко всему найдется отличная пара. Прилагаю самый осенний «винный» рецепт с цветной капустой (из лучшей овощной кулинарной книги МакФаддена!) и конечно рекомендую не упускать осенний сезон.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
