А сейчас йога помогает мне справиться с эмоциональным дисбалансом, сохранить восстановить осанку, пилатес -укрепить мышцы спины, поддержать здоровье суставов, а мфр расслабить мышцы.
И, помните, что для поддержания здоровья и физической формы важно развивать все физические качества: силу, выносливость, гибкость, ловкость, быстроту!
