После капитуляции Германии её союзник Япония продолжала вести боевые и оккупационные действия в отношении Китая, Кореи, Вьетнама, Лаоса, Малайзии, Таиланда, Камбоджи, Сингапура и ряда других территорий в Юго-Восточной Азии.
Наша страна — Советский Союз — сделала всё для освобождения этих государств, разгромив миллионную Квантунскую армию в Маньчжурии. Внеся решающий и безоговорочный вклад в Победу над фашизмом, которая досталась нам дорогой ценой, унеся жизни 27 миллионов человек.
Сколько бы ни прошло лет, мы никогда этого не забудем.
