Ингредиенты:
Яйцо 10 средних соцветий брокколи (у меня заморозка) 60 гр. куриного фарша (у меня заготовка) 20 гр. сыра 4 шт. Черри 2 ст. ложки сливок 2 ст. ложки детской рисовой каши заварной (можно муки)
Способ приготовления:
Брокколи и фарш размораживаю в микроволновке, нарезаю брокколи и черри, натираю сыр. Смешиваю в отдельной емкости: брокколи, сливки, яйцо и рисовую кашу, полученную смесь выливаю в силиконовую форму сверху выкладываю черри и посыпаю сыром. Отправляю в духовку на 20 минут при 180°градусах.
