В Таттинском районе вынесен приговор по уголовному делу о незаконной перевозке пассажиров через закрытую ледовую переправу Якутск — Нижний Бестях, сообщили пресс-службы прокуратуры и Следкома Якутии.
Суд признал мужчину виновным по ч. 1 ст. 238 УК РФ — оказание услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности жизни и здоровья потребителей. И приговорил к 100 часам обязательных работ. Приговор в законную силу не вступил.
