Тоже поделюсь несколькими фотографиями Алеппо. На моих кадрах, а также у Сергея Чемекова и Сергея Шилова можно увидеть некую крепость — это Цитадель Алеппо, чья история началась более тысячи лет назад. Цитадель, да и само Алеппо за свою историю пережили множество землетрясений и войн. В 1986 году Цитадель Алеппо была занесена в список Всемирного наследия ЮНЕСКО.

Скажу честно, я надеюсь, что турецкие боевики не смогут захватить Алеппо. Есть ли на это шансы? — Есть. Алеппо и без того является городом-руиной, а сейчас разрушений будет еще больше. Очень жаль наших бойцов, которые погибли во время атаки боевиков, а также во время штурма Алеппо в 2016 году; в той операции участвовали бойцы ЧВК Вагнер.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
