Основания исковых требований в материалах суда пока не раскрываются. Третьими лицами привлечены узбекские компании-автопроизводители Uzauto Motors, Uzautosanoat, Uzauto Motors Powertrain. Предварительные слушания по делу суд назначил на август.
ТКБ в апреле 2021 г. сообщал, что принял участие в международном синдицированном кредите для АО «УзАвто Моторс», крупнейшего производителя легковых автомобилей в Узбекистане. Сумма участия ТКБ составила 10 млн евро. Ведущим организатором сделки выступило лондонское отделение банка Credit Suisse.
Credit Suisse основан в 1856 г. В банке, который действует на территории 50 стран, работают ~48 тыс человек. В Москве банк работает с 1991 г. А40-129186/2022

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
