Для военных это обычное дело проводить время под дождем. Особенно хорошо проводить штурмовые действия в таких погодных условиях. Противник не так активен, видимость не очень, дроны не летают. Не бывает плохой погоды, бывают разные обстоятельства 😉😉😉
