Мэрия Еревана сообщает, что с целью улучшения проходимости транспортных потоков с 27 февраля будет изменена организация движения на улице Таманяна.
В частности, на левой стороне улицы Таманяна, в участках, прилегающих к парку, будет запрещена остановка автомобилей. На указанном участке будут установлены соответствующие дорожные знаки.
К сожалению, если там не будет камер фиксации/постоянного надзора Полиции или эвакуации авто - это не поможет. Также до сих пор непонятно, почему всю зону у Каскада не закрыть от автомобильного движения, которое там не имеет смысла и только мешает.

On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
