С 5 февраля 2025 года в России вступил в силу миграционный режим высылки, направленный на борьбу с незаконным пребыванием иностранных граждан на территории страны. Этот режим, установленный Федеральным законом, применяется к тем, кто находится в России без законных оснований для проживания.
Министерство внутренних дел России напоминает, что данный механизм контроля и надзора распространяется только на граждан, нарушивших миграционные правила. В связи с этим, МВД подчеркивает важность соблюдения миграционного законодательства для всех иностранных граждан.
