Соответственно в ЗАГСе его не регистрировали.
Чтобы установить личность заявителя аким сельского округа создал комиссию, направившую его на судебно-медицинскую экспертизу для определения возраста. Экспертиза показала соответствие физического развития заявителя возрасту 24-25 лет.
Пришлось допрашивать свидетелей присутствовавших при родах.
"Суд на основании достоверных доказательств признал факт рождения заявителя, что позволит ему полноценно участвовать в общественной и правовой жизни", – сообщили в суде.
