В 1/4 финала он одержал уверенную победу над представителем США Бенджамином Вилвертом (49 ITF Juniors) со счетом 6:3, 6:3.
В полуфинале казахстанцу предстоит сыграть против 28-й ракетки мира юниорского рейтинга, француза Томаса Фуреля.
