Незаконную трехэтажную постройку сносят в Алматы

Дом стоит на 3-ей улице в Медеуском районе, сообщили в управлении градостроительного контроля.

В ведомстве отметили, что на строительство отсутствует пакет разрешительных документов. Это было выявлено в ходе внеплановой проверки. Требования предписания собственником не исполнены, исковое заявление на снос было направлено в районный суд.

7 февраля 2024 года решением Медеуского районного суда иск Управления удовлетворен. 27 мая 2024 года Алматинским городским судом решение первой инстанции оставлено без изменения.
