🇷🇺Утвержден порядок проверки документов при направлении заказчиками сведений в федеральный орган исполнительной власти, уполномоченный на ведение реестра недобросовестных поставщиков, предусмотренного Законом № 223-ФЗ. Согласно порядку проверке подлежат документы, содержащие сведения, предусмотренные пунктами 2-4 Правилами направления заказчиками сведений о недобросовестных участниках закупки и поставщиках (исполнителях, подрядчиках), утвержденных постановлением Правительства РФ от 22.11.2012 № 1211. Также порядком установлены особенности и сроки рассмотрения указанных документов, поступивших в ФАС России либо ее территориальные органы. Приказ вступает в силу по истечении 10 дней со дня его официального опубликования. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
