30 января 2025 года в рамках работы комиссии Межсоборного присутствия по вопросам общественной жизни, культуры, науки и информации в Издательском Совете Русской Православной Церкви выступил с докладом на круглом столе «Христианская этика и социальная справедливость». Мероприятие стало частью программы XXXIII Международных Рождественских образовательных чтений.

Тема будто бы и призвана озвучить благие банальности, однако, как показала дискуссия, многие нюансы отнюдь не очевидны.

На полях был рад лично пообщаться с теми, с кем давно пытаемся встретиться, но все не хватает времени. Как всегда, самое важное и искреннее — в кулуарах. Зато звонко и с любовью к Церкви.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%.
