Волгоградский областной суд отправил правозащитника Игоря Нагавкина в колонию-поселение на два года за якобы дезорганизацию работы СИЗО. «Меня посадили за ту фразу, которую я не говорил. Это подтверждается видеозаписью и материалами уголовного дела. Эту фразу придумала непосредственно сама эксперт-лингвист в заключении своем», – считает Игорь Нагавкин.
Напомним, 26 июня 2024 года Игорь Нагавкин решением Ленинского суда Волгоградской области был приговорен к двум годам условно по делу о дезорганизации работы СИЗО-5, ч. 2 ст. 321 УК РФ. Конфликт в СИЗО был спровоцирован его сотрудниками, которые хотели поместить Игоря Нагавкина в камеру к педофилам. Приговор устоял в апелляции.

Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
