Арбитражный суд Москвы в мае по заявлению конкурсного управляющего авиакомпании объявил Мурсекаевых банкротами и сразу ввел в их отношении процедуру реализации имущества. Суд учел, что должники живту в Великобритании и не имеют источников дохода в России.
В реестр требований кредиторов Мурсекаева суд включил ~14,6 млн руб, Мурсекаевой ~31,5 млн руб долга перед «ВИМ-Авиа». Эти суммы с них ранее взыскал суд в Татарстане в деле о банкротстве перевозчика. Суд признал незаконной выплату Мурсекаевым дивидендов за 2015 г. и повышенной зарплаты в 2017 г.
Во вторник арбитражный суд Московского округа отклонил кассационные жалобы Мурсекаевых на решение о банкротстве. Басманный суд Москвы в ноябре 2020 г. выдал санкцию на арест Мурсекаевой, а еще в декабре 2017 г. – Мурсекаева. Их обвиняют в мошенничестве.
