Арбитражный суд Москвы в ноябре полностью отказал в иске, в котором заявлено требование о взыскании неустойки по госконтракту от 26 декабря 2017 г. Другие подробности не приводятся. Девятый арбитражный апелляционный суд оставил решение без изменения, отклонив жалобу истца.
ПАК ДА («Изделие 80», «Посланник») разрабатывается с широким применением технологий снижения радиолокационной заметности («стелс»). Как сообщал в апреле 2021 г.
