👉 Приказ Роскомнадзора №25 от 27 февраля 2023 года, как можно понять из названия, не новый. Это подзкаонка, устанавливающая критерии. В первой его версии было просто запрещено всё про VPN
🤔 Но что-то пошло не так. Каналы для банкоматов, силовиков — это всё тоже VPN. Поэтому, 8 ноября 2023 года выходит новая версия, где появляется пункт 5.5.
🤣 Но как всегда — то ли чиновники неграмотные, то ли они дают писать тексты своим внукам/любовникам, но в итоге новую версию видимо редактировал кто-то, кто не прочитал весь документ, а видел только изменение
☝️ Написали, что под запрет не попадает научно-техническая о способах доступа... "к запрещёнке", потому что прочитали, как "запретим и это". Так и опубликовали
😎И тут индеец Зоркий Глаз заметил, что разрешил публиковать информацию... про доступ к запрещёнке...
