Итого, сбой начался в 17:05 МСК и "поднялся" в 18:05.
Трафик рухнул с 5,6 Tbps до 3,6. Т.е. на 35% — никаких нормативов не существует, конечно, но это таки треть от общероссийского трафика и это по сути интернет-шатдаун.

Идем в https://netblocks.org/cost/ и подсчитываем убытки: 16,8 млн долларов. Вот сколько стоил один час простоя российской экономике. Ну, минус один танк, наверное.

ЦМУ ССОП нужно требовать награду от ВСУ. Молодцы!
