В полицию Яшкульского района по факту кражи мобильного телефона обратился местный житель.
Он пояснил, что, садясь в машину, не заметил, что телефона с собой нет. Вернувшись на предполагаемое место, где было оставлено мобильное устройство, владелец его там уже не обнаружил.
Подозреваемый, 63-летний местный житель, был установлен и задержан, в содеянном сознался. Он пояснил, что воспользовался тем, что телефон остался на улице без присмотра, и присвоил его.
Похищенное имущество было возвращено владельцу, в отношении подозреваемого, ранее неоднократно привлекавшегося к уголовной ответственности, проводится комплекс процессуальных мероприятий.
