В деле Жигульского, предположительно, замешан девелопер Михаил Обласов, который уже осужден за хищение муниципальной земли. Именно Обласов мог быть причастен к подаркам Жигульскому, который оказался любителем часов Cartier и сумочек Fendi из крокодиловой кожи.
