Нет. Массовое строительство малоэтажных домов. Видите ли, дома-то все ~~разбомбили~~ кончились, поэтому жилищных сертификатам несчастным жителям приграничных районов не видать.

Почему не разрешить хотя бы тем, кто уже всё потерял, использовать сертификат за пределами Курской области? Ну, это же потеря лица, отток населения, нельзя так. Пусть лучше без жилья будут. Как-нибудь выживут. Наверное.

Попутно Хинштейн признался, что у области колоссальные долги перед ранеными и семьями погибших. И даже за еду беженцев в ПВР... Кто в своем уме будет воевать за такую власть, нам неведомо.
