Как отец, дедушка и гражданин абсолютно поддерживаю этот закон», — заявил спикер регионального парламента, отвечая на вопрос НИА «Нижний Новгород».
Будет ли инициатива рассматриваться в областном Заксобрании? Евгений Люлин ответил так:
▶️Если федеральный закон будет работать напрямую и не потребует дополнительных подзаконных актов, то региональные депутаты не будут его рассматривать.
▶️Если же потребуется местное регулирование, то ЗСНО примет соответствующие решения.
