🔻سیاست خارجی نظام بر اساس یک عقلانیت راهبردی ترسیم و تدوین شده و وزارت خارجه بر اساس آن چارچوبی که ترسیم شده و چارچوب کلی آن باید در شورای عالی امنیت ملی و توسط رهبر انقلاب تایید نهایی بشود، عمل می‌کند.
🔻چارچوب‌ها و جهت‌گیری‌ها مشخص است و با تغییر افراد دچار تحول و تغییر نخواهد شد.
🔻 هنر و توانایی و هوشمندی و تجربه و بازیگردانی و بازی‌سازی افراد در میدان دیپلماسی قاعدتا می تواند متفاوت باشد ولی این به این معنی نیست که قطب‌نمای سیاست خارجی کشور دچار تغییر و تحول بشود.
