С целью повышения эффективности работы должностных лиц считаю необходимым назначать руководящий состав Республики Крым с трехмесячным испытательным сроком. Если человек справляется, он будет работать дальше, если нет - будет принято решение об увольнении. На мой взгляд, трех месяцев более чем достаточно для управленца, чтобы показать свою эффективность.
