Управляющие компании обеспечивают очистку дворовых территорий. Уборка производится как помощи ручного труда, так и механизированным способом.

Подрядчики Администрации района убирают межквартальные проезды и общественные территории. Активно используется техника, переданная району по поручению Губернатора Алексея Текслера.
