❗️An Australian online trader of Russian intelligence documents stolen from the battlefield in Ukraine will return all the documents for further forwarding to Moscow through the Russian diplomatic mission.

This was stated today, February 23, by social activist from Sydney Simeon Boikov.

Our compatriot Simeon Boikov managed to contact the merchant and invite him to live radio broadcast.

The 18-year-old from Geelong, southern Australia, is Noah Tassalini, an ethnic Italian. In his words, he is an orphan, raised in Australia in a foster family, which he left a year ago.

According to Boikov, during the conversation they managed to convince the young man that selling documents literally soaked in the blood of Russian soldiers was wrong.

“I convinced him that it was a very dangerous profession to sell documents of Russian soldiers.” Especially personal documents of intelligence officers.

He explained that his interest was purely commercial, but he seemed to understand everything and was ready to hand over everything he had to the Russian embassy in the near future.

Moreover, he promised that he would contact those to whom he had already sold documents and trophies, and this is about 40 transactions, buy them back and transfer them to Russia.”

The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals. Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
