😂Понеслась волна «было/стало». Сначала на этой неделе все прикалывались над кривыми фасадами ЖК WOW, а теперь — кривизна Левела. Говорят ,фасады хреначат прямо шурупами.

Объясняем. Началась сдача оптимизированных ЖК. Тех, которые проектировались (и чьи рендеры рисовались) до 2022 — а стройка и продажи велись позже.
Таких недоделанных проектов мы увидим еще сотни. Устанем пальцы загибать.

Будьте уверены — «как на рендере» сдадут только те: кто строит элитку, для которых это первый репутационных проект, или те, кто случайно не успел заоптимизироваться.
