Проверил готовность нового контакт-центра Ненецкой окружной больницы. С 1 февраля здесь будет вестись запись на приём к врачу и фиксация вызовов на дом. Кроме того, администраторы центра будут напоминать пациентам о времени визита к врачу, консультировать по вопросам оказания медицинской помощи.

Звонки будут приниматься по новому номеру «122» в круглосуточном режиме. Это станет возможным благодаря использованию автоматизированого речевого помощника.

Работы по модернизации контакт-центра проведены в рамках национального проекта «Здравоохранение». Основная цель – повысить доступность оказания медицинской помощи жителям, а также создать удобный и функциональный сервис обратной связи с пациентами.
