Но когда клиент совершает перевод в другой банк из списка «Топ-10», а в ответ получает сообщение на экране, что «операция отклонена банком, выпустившим карту отправителя, попробуйте использовать другую карту или обратитесь в банк», а дальше блокируют переводы на сутки - это просто пиз**ц! Альфа, вы там совсем уже с катушек слетели?@BlackAudit
