Под рукой был лаваш, творог, груши, так "родился" этот рулет.
Лаваш тонкий 150-200 г Творог в брикете 500г (у меня 3 пачки по 180) Мед 1 ст.л. яйцо куриное 2 шт Мак для украшения Груша или яблоко 2 шт
Соединить творог, мед, одно целое яйцо и 1 белок (желток оставить для смазывания). Смазать лаваш по всей поверхности творогом, выложить сверху пластинки яблока/груши, свернуть в рулет. Сверху смазать желтком и посыпать маком/кунжутом по желанию. Выпекать +-20 минут при 180 градусах. Ориентируйтесь по своей духовке.
