Управление по делам гражданства и миграции к середине декабря выдало 76 распоряжений о выезде гражданам России, которые не выполнили требования закона об иммиграции. На данный момент их уже 79, сообщила глава УДГМ Майра Розе.
Также она рассказала, что на экзамен по латышскому языку в новую волну записались пока только около 1,5 т. человек, хотя предположительно таких должно быть около 4000. Речь идет о тех россиянах, которые получили ВНЖ в Латвии по нормам закона, действовавшего до 2003 года.
С 3 февраля по 31 марта 2025 года они должны зарегистрироваться для сдачи экзамена по латышскому, чтобы запросить статус постоянного жителя ЕС.

Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
