📌 به گزارش روابط عمومی دانشگاه شاهد، مقاله آقای دکتر حمید رضا نویدی قاضیانی استاد گروه علوم کامپیوتر دانشکده علوم پایه، تحت عنوان «آنالیز بازی صلح و جنگ با استراتژی‌های متفاوت در محیط‌های رقابتی ساده و نویزی» در اولین همایش علوم و فناوری‌های نو ظهور و شالوده شکن در حوزه دفاعی که در دانشکده افسری امام علی (ع) برگزار شد، به عنوان مقاله برگزیده نائل آمد. به همین منظور گفت‌و‌گویی با ایشان انجام شد که در ذیل می‌خوانید.

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
