🎓Первокурсникам (в том числе иностранным гражданам), получающим стипендию, банковские стипендиальные карты будут выпускаться автоматически.

📱Информация по месту/дате/сроках выдачи карт будет направлена на твою корпоративную почту.

✅Если ты ранее обучался в НИУ ВШЭ (Москва) и получал выплаты стипендии на банковскую карту, выплаты продолжатся на эту же карту.

💳How tp apply for a VTB bank card to receive a scholarship

🎓For first-year students (including foreign citizens) receiving a scholarship, bank scholarship cards will be issued automatically.

📱The place/date/deadlnes of card issuance will be sent to your corporate email

✅If you previously studied at HSE (Moscow) and received scholarship payments to a bank card, payments will continue to be made to the same cards.

Certificates of income and/or scholarship amount via the link

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added.
