Аналитики Единого ресурса застройщиков (ЕРЗ.РФ) составили рейтинг лучших новостроек страны по потребительским качествам. В рамках исследования были оценены 4 212 жилых комплексов по 165 параметрам, включая транспортную доступность, социальную и коммерческую инфраструктуру, благоустройство дворового пространства и безопасность, архитектуру, инженерные системы, клиентский сервис и другое.
Среди всех новостроек России 4 место занял тюменский ЖК «Речной Порт» от застройщика «Брусника», получивший оценку 85,25 балла. Ещё один проект этого же девелопера — ЖК «Республики 205», занял 8 место в рейтинге.

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
