Участие в мероприятии, помимо Камчатского выставочно-туристического центра, приняли представители семи субъектов Дальнего Востока: Чукотского автономного округа, Приморского края, Амурской области, Забайкалья, Республики Бурятия, Хабаровского края и Еврейской автономной области.
Совещание было посвящено программе совместных действий туристских информационных центров, вопросам продвижения территорий и координации активностей в различных регионах.
