К сожалению, эта с виду красивая инициатива выглядит сейчас как обычная показуха. Потому что реальные "зелёные" технологии, которые "словом, а не делом" пытается продвигать краевое правительство, далеки от воплощения. Это и приливная электростанция, которую уже на федеральном уровне признали фантастикой. И огромный полигон ТБО, который "ликвидируется" как минимум со времён Илюхина.
Без реальных дел пиар-отдел будет бессилен, сколько не считай углеродный след экологического форума.
