Поздно вечером полосатый хищник вышел на дорогу неподалеку от кладбища Фокино, где его сбила проезжавшая машина, предположительно Honda Fit Shuttle. Тигр сильно ударился о автомобиль и отбежал в лес, успев оправиться от столкновения. Водитель, потрясённый произошедшим, вернулся в город и сообщил о случившемся сотрудникам дорожной патрульной службы.
Спасательные службы настоятельно рекомендуют жителям проявлять повышенную бдительность и не оставлять собак во дворах.
