این مقاله یک مدل ساده تصمیم‌گیری سرمایه‌گذاری ساخته و آنرا تحت رژیم‌های مالیاتی با میزان پلکانی بودن مختلف (یعنی مالیات بیشتر برای افراد پردرآمدتر) می‌آزماید و مشاهده میکند کاهش پلکان‌ها و نزدیک‌تر شدن به نرخ مالیات ثابت برای همه باعث افزایش سرمایه گذاری میشود که در مدل‌های استاندارد اقتصادی باید منجر به رشد اقتصادی گردد. برای بررسی این موضوع این مقاله به مطالعه 20 کشور سابقا کمونیست بین سالهای 1994 تا 2011 میپردازد که روی درآمد شخصی مالیات ثابت وضع کردند. این تحقیق با استفاده از تحلیل دینامیک انقطاعی مشاهده کرد که این اصلاحات مالیاتی منجر به افزایش 1.36 درصدی رشد اقتصادی گشتند.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
