Специально для товарищеской игры между российскими и зарубежными спортсменами арена была задекорирована в русском стиле. Баскетболисты перед игрой вышли в шубах и тулупах, по стадиону летала жар-птица, а перед заключительной четвертью выступила Татьяна Куртукова со своим хитом «Матушка».
