Сегодня образовательная выставка в Национальной библиотеке Таджикистана будет работать с 9:00 до 16:00. Продолжится 7 октября в Ходженте, во Дворце молодежи «Касри Ҷавонон».

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
