Не знаем когда было принято это решение, может на встрече с Владимиром Путином, которую эксперты и журналисты оценили как положительную, может гораздо раньше, но мы с вами живем в историческую эпоху не только для России, но и для Татарстана, и кто знает к чему эти изменения приведут.
