Строительная компания «Главстрой» уже два года не может сдать в эксплуатацию жилой комплекс «Balance», дольщики которого не только вынуждены все это время жить на съеме, но еще и не могут получить неустойку за долгое ожидание.
Комплекс должны были сдать в марте 2021 года, и незадолго до этого дольщики, имеющие детей 6-7 лет, которым пора было идти в первый класс, записали их в школу поблизости от будущего жилья.
В результате все они теперь вынуждены снимать квартиры рядом с недостроенным ЖК и могут только гадать, когда это, наконец, закончится.
